Message of April 26 was read, stating the House passed and returned            
for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31 with the                      
following amendment:                                                           
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31 am H                                           
Relating to the minimum federal criteria for                                  
municipal solid waste landfills.                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31?"  The roll
